I'm Mary-Heather, a lifelong crafter living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I knit, crochet, and spin yarn; I'm also learning to weave and dabble in embroidery. Working as the VP of Operations and Do-Gooder at, I'm immersed in the fiber world every day. I love my job and wake up every day excited to work on my favorite community on the web.

My independent knitwear designs are sold on Ravelry (you can also find them in the Patterns section of this site!), and I've been published in other crafty sources including Design*Sponge, Twist Collective, Greetings from Knit Cafe, Boho Baby Knits, and Pretty Little Pincushions. Before Ravelry, I managed the West Hollywood yarn store Knit Cafe, and taught theatre, art, and other creative classes for children.

When I'm not working or crafting, I’m cooking, running, exploring New Mexico, watching old movies with my husband, or hiking with our giant lapdog Charlie.
